Hawzah News Agency- Araghchi said in a message on the occasion of the second anniversary of the martyrdom of Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, published on his channel on the Telegram platform and seen by the Yemeni News Agency, that Nasrallah was from the generation of men who grew up under occupation, wars, and successive crises, and who believed that no people can be forever deprived of their right to sovereignty and self-determination by force, threat, and intimidation.
He added that Nasrallah's name transcended the framework of a party or political current, to remain in the contemporary memory of the region linked to the concepts of honor, steadfastness, and resistance in the face of occupation and the crimes of the Zionist enemy.
He pointed out that the martyrdom of Nasrallah, despite the loss it represented for Hezbollah and the Lebanese people, proved once again that assassinating individuals does not mean eliminating ideas and principles rooted in the historical experiences of peoples, affirming that entrenched political and historical causes cannot be removed by assassination and intimidation.
Araghchi noted that Sheikh Naim Qassem assuming responsibility for leading Hezbollah following the martyrdom of Sayyid Nasrallah, at a stage full of challenges and accelerating transformations, reflected the continuation of the approach of resistance and steadfastness in the face of pressures.
He renewed on the second anniversary of Nasrallah's martyrdom the honoring of his memory and the memory of the martyrs of the resistance, expressing his condolences and congratulations to the families of the martyrs, the Lebanese people, and everyone who stands in the path of the freedom, independence, and dignity of their land.
